Dear Steve... This is a little late in coming but please know that the "thank you" is sincere. I was able to talk with Mrs. Fairman this afternoon regarding her stay in London and she could not say enough about the arrangements that were made on their behalf. I must thank you in particular, for your suggestion to contact Albemarle was just what I needed to know. The Fairman's were able to take in two wonderful plays and I was able to give them maps which help in finding each theater. The arrangements for your service from Crown Plaza, St. James to London Heathrow Airport went as planned. They were so happy to have their driver and car arrive promptly and deliver them on schedule to the airport to meet the cruise line shuttle. Your transfer for six of us on 5/19 from Heathrow to our hotel was flawless, as was the transfer for fourteen of us from London to Dover on 5/22.
